Bob (Robert) Taylor is one of six boys and two girls born to Jean & Gerald Taylor. I was born in Millgrove, Ontario on February 28, 1953. I married Sheila Taylor (nee Wood) (and for sure this is one of the best thing that ever happened to me, other than becoming a plumber) from Dundas, Ontario on May 5, 1973 and our daughter named Melissa was born on December 25, 1979. My dad was a carpenter and I always enjoyed working with wood no matter what I was making. I started my career with building travel trailers (Taylor Coach). I moved on to a carpentry apprenticeship in the mid 70's but shortly there after realized it wasn't what I wanted to do. During this time I built a house under my dad's guidance which I moved into and then sold it to build another house. All along I was gaining experience in all aspect of construction as well as having the opportunity of trying out the different trade's jobs including plumbing. I started my Plumbing apprenticeship in the late 70's and finished with my Master's License in Plumbing in the year 1986 which took a total of 7 ½ years. I am also a licensed well pump installer and water meter installer. In my spare time I enjoy building and flying model airplanes, as well as wood working. .
